If you’re flying with a proper airline, you’ll come into Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino FCO) Airport to the west of the city. From here take the Leonardo Express Train to Termini Central Station for around €11 per person, or the local train to Ostiense for around €2.50 per person and then the blue metro line to Termini.
If you’re flying with a budget airline, you’ll come into Ciampino (CIA) Airport to the south of the city. >From here take the Schiaffini coach to Termini for €5 per person, or the Cotral bus to Anagnina for €2 per person. Don’t take the bus to Ciampino Train Station or the Terravision coach, as these options are slower, less reliable and more expensive.
From Termini (or Anagnina) take the red metro line to Repubblica. Go down Via Nazionale and take your second right: Via Firenze. Our address is Hotel Seiler Rome, Via Firenze, 48, 00184 Roma. The walk should take you no more than five minutes but you will pass by some of Rome’s prime shopping areas so try not be distracted.
Taxis from Fiumicino and Ciampino Airports cost fixed prices of €40 and €30 respectively – be sure to make sure your driver is aware of this.
Print out the map above to guide you and when you arrive we’ll give you a more tourist-orientated one. Good luck.
